Frederick Douglass High School students are enrolled both at the high school and neighboring Coppin State University. Currently there are twenty-three Douglass students enrolled in classes at Coppin State while completing high school. The students are taking courses that can be applied to their college transcripts. This unique experience allows student to take courses in Speech, Philosophy, Sociology and other content areas. The Wylie Funeral Home of Baltimore, has made a substantial contribution to defray the cost of college text books for our students who are in the Dual Enrollment Program. We are thankful to the Wylie Funeral Home for its support as an active stakeholder in the future of our students and our community.
